About me

I practice relationally-focused depth therapy with couples and solo clients. Using the therapy room as a creative and experimental space, we practice addressing relationship-driven pain through relationship-driven healing experiences. I work in person in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, and online throughout California.

A lifelong multi-hyphenate, I received my bachelor’s degree at Carnegie Mellon University and built a dual career in the arts and business administration before eventually pursuing my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).

In addition to my work with clients, I am an adjunct professor at CIIS, where I teach graduate students in the Integral Counseling Psychology program.
