About me

Hi, I’m Helen (she/they). My therapeutic style pairs a relationally-focused psychodynamic orientation with a bespoke application of somatic, depth-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral modalities. I work with individuals and couples online throughout the state of California, and in person at the Pierce Street Integral Counseling Center in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.

My stance as a therapist draws on a long-standing thirst for knowledge, reverence for mystery, and delight in merging opposites. A lifelong storyteller-scientist, I built a dual career in theatre and tech before eventually pursuing my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).
