About me

My therapeutic style pairs a relationally-focused psychodynamic orientation with a bespoke application of somatic, depth-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral modalities. I work with individuals and couples online throughout the state of California, and in person in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.

A lifelong storyteller-scientist, I received my bachelor’s degree at Carnegie Mellon University and built a dual career in the arts and the office before eventually pursuing my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).
