Types of Therapy I Offer
-
I offer individual therapy for people ages 18 and older, meeting 1-3 times per week to collaboratively build awareness, agency, and self-regard.
My therapeutic style pairs a relationally-focused psychodynamic orientation with a bespoke application of somatic, depth-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral modalities to support symptom reduction, resilience, and other therapeutic goals. -
I offer therapy for couples, families, and other relationship orientations, meeting once a week as a group and occasionally one-on-one to focus on the relationship between you.
As we work together, we’ll focus on the dynamic or “working style” that has been built within the relationship. Together, we enlist each person’s support to observe and shift that dynamic as you collectively see fit, drawing from relationship-oriented frameworks (e.g. Gottman, EFT).In cases where clients may not be mutually aligned on the need for therapy or the longevity of the relationship, I begin our work with discernment counseling.
